- Services Provided We offer a comprehensive marketing package that includes:
- Initial setup covering the website, logo, and branding.
- Account access and necessary setups for digital marketing platforms.
- Ongoing marketing services are charged at a fixed monthly rate.
2. Fees and Payment
- Initial Payment: The first month’s payment is required to initiate our services. This amount corresponds to the package you select and covers the setup of your website, logo, branding, and all necessary account configurations.
- Monthly Marketing Fee: Following the initial payment, you will be charged a fixed monthly fee for our ongoing marketing services. The specific amount for your package will be outlined in your proposal agreement, with billing occurring on the 1st of each month for that month’s services. Note that if payment is not received, ongoing work is subject to pause.
3. Lead Guarantee: We guarantee that our services will generate more leads for your business. If you do not see an increase in leads, we will continue working for free until the results are achieved. The initial payment for the setup is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Ownership and Buyout of Website
- The logo and branding are yours to keep and use, as included in the setup fee should you choose to no longer remain with us.
- The website created by us remains the property of HSMC until the full buyout price is agreed upon and paid by you.
- If you decide to terminate our services but wish to retain ownership of the website, we will negotiate a buyout price. The buyout price will take into account the original setup cost, the value of ongoing updates, ongoing hosting, and any other relevant factors.
- Upon payment of the agreed-upon buyout price, full ownership of the website and branding materials will be transferred to you.
5. Termination
- You may terminate our services at any time with written notice, to take effect the next billing period. Note that if there are any outstanding invoices, those will need to be completed before we part ways.
- We reserve the right to terminate or pause services if you fail to make timely payments or if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the period in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
